Running Man

This is a very popular variety show in Korea. But don't get wrong, they also have lots of fans from Thailand, China, Singapore, Indonesia, until the Americans and Europeans are also watch it.

Why you should watch this show??

1. Well.. The event was very funny in a natural way .. You can reduce your stress by watching the show ini.TWO Thumbs Up! (y)(y)
2. Because of the challenges in the Running Man games are very exciting. Chasing, train the brain, even a physical test of the players.
3. Creative, I really applaud the people who drafted this event. The idea is very much and make Running Man always makes me curious.
4. Increase knowledge horizons. Because in addition to the challenge and fun behavior, the shooting location is also add your knowledge about Korean. Start from the culinary, traditional games, malls, entertainment centers, cultural, historic sites.
5. Popular Artist. Yeah, there are always artists who are popular today are invited to become participants in the Running Man. And you can see the other side of the artist. Top artists are willing being shoot without make-up, wore pajamas, running here and there until sweating, even when they emotion were provoked. There's something of them that you can not see when they become singers or in K-Drama.

Sport day

Yesterday I went exercising with friends, we're 12 persons.

We played badminton and basketball.

 Friends, sports has many benefits!
Sports can reduces the risk of disease;

Maintain body weight;

Reduces stress;

It also makes you sleep better :)

1月25日2012年 我和我的全家人还有亲戚 一起去 RINDU ALAM。 早上三点我们都起床了。 我们五点出发。行程需要三个小时。在向山口洋的路上，我们在车上睡着了，因为大家都还打瞌睡。 我们是租车去， 所以只有司机自己醒的。

 

8.30 我们到了。 空气很新鲜。 我们在一间小屋 一起吃早餐。 吃饱了， 我们上山。山峰很高很高。我们爬上山的时候， 拍了很多照片。

 

然后我们继续走去山口洋的足球场，在那边有很大的龙，应该有一百米多吧。然后我们去 WISATA NUSANTARA。 那边有好多游戏，比如 : 飞狐， 债券， 我们也可以租用小船绕岛， 等等。因为时间不早了， 我和家人只是完了飞狐和债券。 完够了，我们就回家。

到家里已经八点晚上。 虽然大家都很累， 不过我们都很开心。

Adapted from the popular online novel, "Jia Qi Ru Meng" by Fei Wo Si Cun (匪我思存)

Here is the synopsis.

"After university student You Jia Qi met Meng He Ping, the two started dating. Meng He Ping’s mother however strongly objected to their relationship. Jia Qi broke up with He Ping and He Ping angrily went overseas. Jia Qi’s friend Ruan Zheng Dong who comes from a rich family, had an accident and ended up in the hospital. Jia Qi went to visit him and unexpectedly met He Ping again. It turned out that He Ping and Zheng Dong were childhood friends. To escape from the heartaches that He Ping’s reappearance brought about, Jia Qi started dating Zheng Dong. Zheng Dong ended up in the hospital again due to stomach pains which turned out to be the terminal stage of gastric cancer. He decided to let He Ping and Jia Qi, the two lovers be together and secretly left. Jia Qi started to search for him. After Jia Qi finally found Zheng Dong, she told him that she has already fallen in love with him. Zheng Dong knew that he didn’t have much time left and asked Jia Qi to help him retrieve back a very important property belonging to him."
